Marchex Gets Into Reputation Management

Seattle-based Marchex said late Monday that it has rolled out a new reputation management product, aimed at small and medium businesses. The firm said its new, beta Reputation Management product helps businesses search and quantify a businesses online footprint, including accuracy of online business listings, addresses and phone numbers, and recommendations on other places to include a firm's data. The software also reports on user reviews, news, blog, and social media mentions. Marchex said the new product will be bundled with its other offerings, and be priced on a subscription model; specific pricing was not announced.
