Seattle-based Marchex, a provider of search engine marketing and local search services, said today that it has named Anne Devereux to the firm's board of directors. Devereux replaces Rick Thompson, who the company said stepped down to devote more time to his position at Microsoft. Devereux is the CEO of TBWA/WorldHealth and LLNS, divisions of Omnicom Group.
