Maveron Backs Startup To Deal With Bad Customer Service

Seattle-based venture investment firm Maveron is the backers this week of a new startup, looking to help consumers deal with bad customer service. Service, which says it helps consumers work with businesses to broker a solution to unsatisfactory customer service, said it has raised $3.1M in seed funding, from Founders Fund, Menlo Ventures, Maveron, Eight Ventures, and Arena Ventures, along with a long list of angels.
