    Maveron Hires New Partner


    Seattle-based venture capital firm Maveron said today that it has added a new partner, Amy J. Errett, to the firm. According to Maveron, Errett will be based in San Francisco, and will focus on consumer digital media, Internet services, and e-commerce ventures. Errett was most recently CEO of Olivia.com, and also was founder of The Spectrem Group. She also served at E*Trade. Errett sits on the board of directors of iBlocks and LiveMocha.
