    Medio Links Into CBS Mobile


    Seattle-based Medio Systems Inc., a provider of mobile search and advertising software, announced Tuesday that it will add search capabilities and search-enabled advertising to CBS Mobile's Web sites. CBS Mobile is the wireless content provider of mass media magnate CBS Corp. According to Medio, it will embed search boxes on the CBS Sports Mobile, CBS Mobile News and CW Mobile sites. Search results will include content from the CBS site network and backfill from the Mobile Web, Medio noted, while targeted ads, based on the users' search terms, will appear next to the search results.
