    Medio Names VPs

Seattle-based Medio Systems Inc., a provider of mobile search and advertising applications, reported Tuesday that it has hired a pair of mobile and technology industry veterans for its executive team. Specifically, Medio said it has installed Eugene M. Kuerner as vice president of engineering and Cheryl Scott as vice president of carrier deployments. Medio said Kuerner will oversee the company's development team and will be responsible for enhancing its current technology platform. Scott, Medio noted, will manage the company's deployment team, which delivers search solutions to operators such as Verizon and T-Mobile USA. Scott and Kuerner will report to Rob Lilleness, Medio’s chief operating officer, the company added.
