Seattle-based Melodeo said Thursday that it has closed a new funding round worth $7.9M, from Ignition Partners and Voyager Capital. The two are current investors in the firm. Melodeo said the funding will go towards advancing its mobile music service. Melodeo also runs a mobile podcasting service.
