    Mentor Buys Summit Design


    Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics has acquired Los Altos-based Summit Design, a maker of electronic design software, the firm said Tuesday. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Summit Design develops electronic system level (ESL) design software used for design and verification of semiconductors.
