Mentor Connects IJTAG Tools With Chip Testing Firm

Wilsonville, Oregon-based electronic design automation software provider Mentor Graphics reported today that it has tied its tools with tools from ASSET InterTech, a provider of chip-level testing equipment. The two said that Mentor's Tessent IJTAG chip-level IP testing tools and ASSET InterTech's ScanWorks platform are now fully interoperable. Mentor's Tessent IJTAG software is used by sysetms-on-a-chip and PCB designers to help debug, validate, and test circuits.
