    Mentor Graphics, EVE Settle Patent Litigation


    Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics and San Jose-based EVE said Thursday that the firms have settled ongoing patent litigation. The two firms did not disclose terms of the settlement on the case, Mentor Graphics Corp. v. EVE-USA, Inc. and Emulation and Verification Engineering, SA, which was pending at the United States District Court of Oregon. Mentor is a provider of hardware and software design tools. EVE is a verification software provider for the semiconductor industry.
