Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics, the developer of electronic design automation software and hardware, reports today that telecommunications equipment maker ZTE has adopted its Mentor Veloce product, for a system-on-a-chip (SoC) verification effort. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Mentor said that ZTE will use its emulators for the verification of networking, multimedia designs, and wireless designs.
