Meridian Gets Seeded

Portland-based Meridian, a developer of location-based, mobile software, said Monday that it has scored $1M in funding, from the Oregon Angel Fund and Bellingham Angels Group. Meridian develops location-based applications for iOS and Android, which it is marketing to retailers, sporting venues, hospitality and hotel firms, convention centers, and more.
