Beaverton, Oregon-based Micro Power Electronics announced today that it has acquired Redmond, Washington-based SelfCHARGE, a developer of battery chargers and docking stations. Financial terms were not disclosed. Micro Power is a developer of portable power systems. SelfCHARGE designs and manufactures battery chargers, docking stations, charge cradles and battery packs for industrial equipment manufacturers.
