Microsoft Buys Acompli

Microsoft said this morning that it has acquired email software maker Acompli, which develops email apps on iOS and Android. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed, howevever, reports place the buy at over $200M. Acompli's email connects into Microsoft's popular Outlook email software. Acompli was based in San Francisco, and is venture backed by Redpoint Ventures.
