    Microsoft Completes Acquisition of Danger

Microsoft said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Danger, Inc., a provider of software for the mobile handset market. Microsoft had said in February that it would acquire Danger, which develops software for the Sidekick market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Microsoft said that Danger will become part of its Premium Mobile Experiences Group. Danger co-founders Matt Hershenson and Joe Britt are joining Microsoft as part of the acquisition.
