    Microsoft Completes aQuantive Acquisition


    Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of aQuantive. Microsoft announced its $6B deal to acquire Seattle-based aQuantive in May. According to Microsoft, aQuantive will become part of a new Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group, which will also include Microsoft adCenter and the agency arm of Avenue A | Razorfish. Microsoft said that all of aQuantive's employees will continue to be located in their downtown Seattle offices.
