Microsoft and HTC Corp. have signed a patent deal covering HTC's mobile phones running Google's Android, Microsoft said Tuesday evening. According to Microsoft, Microsoft will receive royalties from HTC as part of the deal. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
