Microsoft Launches Kinect Accelerator

Microsoft said Friday that it has launched a new, accelerator program in Seattle, called the Kinect Accelerator. The accelerator--which is affiliated with TechStars--will look to help companies taking advantage of the Kinect. Microsoft said the new accelerator will run from March to May 2012 in Seattle, and include a $20,000 investment, an Xbox development kit and other resources, office space, and resources from Microsoft's BizSpark program. Microsoft said the new accelerator's deadline is January 25th.
