Reed Hastings, the founder and CEO of Netflix, will not seek re-election to the board of Microsoft, Microsoft said Tuesday afternoon. Hastings will serve on the firm's board through his term, which ends in November. Hastings and Microsoft did not detail the thoughts behind Hastings' decision.
