    Microsoft Revives Talks with Yahoo

Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft said late Sunday that it has begun talking with Yahoo again, about possible "strategic alternatives." The firm said it is not looking to acquire all of Yahoo, but did say in a statement that it will explore alternatives to "improve and expand its online services and advertising business." Microsoft did not rule out an all-out acquisition of Yahoo, but said it is not making a new bid to acquire all of Yahoo at this time. No other details of the discussion were released.
