    Microsoft To Acquire Musicwave


    Microsoft said Monday that it intends to acquire Musicwave SA, a provider of mobile music entertainment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Musicwave SA is owned by Openwave, and is based in Paris. Microsoft said that Musicwave will become part of Microsoft's Connected Entertainment technologies and services, which also includes Windows Mobile, Zune, MSN and Windows Live.
