Portland, Oregon-based SnapNames, which provides services for managing and buying expired and deleting domain names, has been acquired. Los Angeles-based Oversee.net said it has acquired SnapNames for an undisclosed amount, in a deal expected to close in June. Oversee.net said that Sudhir Bhagwan, CEO of SnapNames, will continue to operate the firm, and that it will remain headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
