NaturalPoint Ships Motion Capture Package
Corvallis, Oregon-based NaturalPoint, a manufacturer of optical tracking technology, said today that it has launched a new motion capture package targeted at consumers and professionals. The firm said that its new ARENA Optical Motion Capture product is a USB device which can be used for full body optical motion capture. Motion capture is used by video game developers, animators, and others to capture human and other movement. NaturalPoint said the new package is available for under $5000.
