Snowblind Studios Acquired by Warner Bros.
Bothell, Washington-based independent video game developer Snowblind Studios has been acquired by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group, Warner Bros. said late Wednesday evening. According to Warner, it acquired Snowblind Studios--developer of such titles as Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance, Champions of Norrath and Justice League Heroes--to broaden its game portfolio. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Snowblind Studios was founded in 1997. Warner Bros. said Snowblind will become its third development studio.
