Visible Technologies, a developer of social media monitoring software, said Tuesday that the firm has shipped a new version of the firm's services. According to Visible Technologies, the update to the firm's TruCast software, TruCast 2.5, adds such features as dashboard summaries of data, ability to track shifts in sentiment on different topics, new navigation and UI cahnges, and well as full text searching of information in its system. Visible Technologies markets its software to major brands, who use the software to figure out what consumers are saying about their brands on the Internet. Visible Technologies is backed by Ignition Partners and WPP.
