Seattle-based Marchex reported Monday that Jonathan Fram, a venture capitalist at Maveron, has resigned from the firm's board of directors. According to Marchex, Fram's decision to resign was "not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or its management." No reasons for Fram's departure were given. Fram also sits on the boards of iBloks, Renkoo, VideoEgg, and Ixia.
