Concur Acquires Etap-On-Line
Redmond-based employee expense software firm Concur announced today that it has acquired Etap-On-Line, a European provider of business travel and expense management products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Etap-On-Line is based in Paris. According to Concur, the acquisition is expected to be accretive to the firm's fiscal 2010 pro-forma earnings. Concur's software products are used for expense reporting, travel, and invoice processing.
