Madrona Promotes Porter, Jacobson
Seattle-based venture capital firm Madrona Venture Group said earlier this week that it has promoted Tim Porter and Scott Jacobson to Partner. Managing Director Greg Gottesman said that the move came to "recognize all that Tim and Scott are contributing to Madrona." Jacobson has been at Madrona since 2007, and sits on the boards of Jambool, TeachStreet, and Yieldex. Porter has been at Madrona since 2006, sitting on the boards of PetraVM, Schemalogic and Zero260.
