Amazon Targets Features For Blind Kindle Users

said today that the firm is adding a number of new features to its popular Kindle book reader, specifically targeted at blind and vision-impaired readers. Amazon said that the features in the works include the addition of an audible menu system for the blind, and a new "super size" font which it says will be twice the height and width of its current, largest font. Amazon said the new features will be released by the summer of 2010.
