RealNetworks Loses COO
Seattle-based RealNetworks disclosed Tuesday that the firm's Chief Operating Officer, John Giamatteo, is resigning from the company. Reason for the resignation was not given, and the firm quietly disclosed the move in an 8-K filing with the SEC. The firm said that Giamatteo will leave the firm effective April 2.
