Clearwire Details Further Expansion Plans
Kirkland-based Clearwire detailed its 4G network expansion plans today, saying that it has added fifteen more cities to its network expansion list. Clearwire said it is adding Jacksonville and Daytona, FL; Kansas City, KS; Nashville, TN; St. Louis, MO; Salt Lake City, UT; Merced, Modesto, Stockton, and Visalia, CA; Wilmington, DE; Grand Rapids, MI; Eugene, OR; and Yakima and Tri-Cities, WA this summer. The 4G service will roll out under Clearwire, Comcast, and Sprint brands, including Clearwire's CLEAR 4G service.
