Bellingham Firm Takes On Apple In Patent Suit
SoftView LLC, a Bellingham-based developer of computer aided design (CAD) software and mobile phone vector graphics software, has sued Apple Computer and AT&T over a patent. According to the docket of the Delaware District Court, Softview alleges patent infringement over U.S. patent number 7,461,353, granted to Gary B. Rorhrabaugh and Scott A. Sherman. The patent covers display of scalable Internet content on mobile devices.
