Cray Wins Swedish Customer

announced Tuesday that it has signed Sweden's Royal Institute of Technology as the firm's latest customer. The firm said that the Swedish institute has ordered a Cray XT6m supercomputing system, to provide Sweden's scientists with access high performance computing resources. The new system will provide 93-teraflops of computing capacity. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
