Kirkland, Washington-based NeuralIQ, a provider of information security services and products, has raised $5.2M, as part of an ongoing $6.0M fundraising, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Friday. No details of the funding have been announced by the company. According to the filing, the funding includes both debt and warrants.
