Bing Adds Twitter Suggestions
Microsoft's search engine, Bing.com, is getting into the Twitter user suggestions business, saying Monday that it has added a new feature called "People Recommendation". According to Bing's team, it will help users on Bing Social discover interesting and relevant Twitter users, based on searches. Bing said the feature would both recommend "influential" and "popular" Twitter users, such as celebrities. For example, Bing said a search for the film "Machete" would return the Twitter accounts of stars Jessica Alba, Lindsey Lohan, and the film's official Twitter account.
