, the California provider of electric car charging stations, said today that it has expanded its coverage in Oregon, and will add new charging stations in the Ashland and Medford areas. The firm, which said just a couple of weeks ago that it had planned an Oregon rollout of its charging stations, also said that the expansion comes as part of a deal with PacifiCorp, and the group Rogue Valley Clean Cities Coalition. ECOtality recently said it would install 1,100 charging stations in the region, as part of The EV Project, to make it easier for people to adopt clean, electric vehicles.
