Zillow Launches Real Estate Agent Ratings, Reviews
Seattle-based Zillow announced this morning that it has launched a new feature, which will allow home buyers and sellers to search for ratings and reviews of real estate agents. Zillow said that it has been collecting ratings and reviews of agents since launch, and has now surfaced those ratings on its site. Zillow said it will list real estate agents in an area sorted by highest overall rating and greatest number of reviews, and will assign them a 1 to 5 in terms of recommendations.
