Concur Plans Tripit Integration
Redmond-based Concur said today that it has outlined its plans to integrate Tripit into its products, with TripIt becoming the single mobile platform for its clients. Concur said the mvoe would provide automated, bi-direction trip integration between Concur and TripIt. The move would pull all of its existing mobile trip management capabilities into TripIt, so that TripIt will provide one single mobile solution for its clients. Concur recently completed its acquisition of TripIt, in a deal worth $82M. Concur also said that it plans to continue to offer TripIt's trip management and sharing capabilities for free to travelers; however, clients of Concur will also have access to expense management and travel booking features.
