Zillow Eyeing IPO, Says Report
A report from Bloomberg this morning says that Seattle-based real estate site
Zillow
has hired an investment banker, as part of an initial public offering (IPO) bid. According to BusinessWeek, citing three people with knowledge of the plans, Zillow has
hired
Citigroup to manage the offering. No details of the IPO have yet been announced by the company. Zillow operates an online real estate site which offers up estimated property values, plus links to properties for sale, mortgage refinancing, and more.
