Billing Revolution, a developer of mobile payment technology, has raised $7.3M as part of a $7.6M funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. According to the filing, the funding came from 13 investors. Other reports have placed the round at $6.6M, led by DCm and SK Telecom Ventures. It's unclear why the firm's confirmed round amount and regulatory filings differ. Billing Revolution offers up single-click billing of transactions on mobile phones.
