AppFog Raises $8M
Portland-based AppFog, which develops a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) to host PHP applications in the cloud, said Thursday that it has raised $8M in a funding round. The round was led by Ignition Partners, represented by Frank Artale. The round also included Simon Crosby, Matt Ocko, Madrona Venture Group, First Round Capital, and the Founders Co-Op. AppFog was previously known as PHPfog.
