Inrix Completes ITIS Holdings Acquisition
Kirkland-based traffic information provider Inrix said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of ITIS Holdings, the UK-based traffic information firm. INRIX originally announced the acquisition on July 28th, in a deal worth $60M. Inrix said the buy will add $27M in revenue, plus 155 employees to the company.
