Mentor Graphics Tapped By Partner TSMC
Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics, the developer of electronic design automation software and tools, reported today that it has been recognized by semiconductor founder TSMC. Mentor said TSMC awarded it "Partner of the Year" for its 3D IC design enablement. Mentor's tools are used for checking schematics for customers, before fabricatoin on TSMC's process. TSMC is the largest semiconductor foundry in the world.
