Opscode Adds Exec, Makes Jacob Customer Chief
Seattle-based Opscode, which develops cloud infrastructure automation software, announced today that it has named co-founder Adam Jacob as Chief Customer Officer, and hired George Moberly as Vice President of Product Management. The firm said the changes are part of an effort to scale out its business. Moberly has previously served at cloudSwitch, BMC software, and BladeLogic. Opscode's software--Chef--is used to deploy and manage cloud computing.
