Itron Rolls Analytics Software
Liberty Lake, Washington-based smart utility meter maker Itron said this morning that it has released a new set of analytics software applications, which pull smart grid data from its devices. The firm said the analytics applications are part of its Active Smart Grid Analytics (ASA) platform. Itron said it is using technology from SAP, IBM, and Teradata as part of the solution, to help utilities get more insight into their systems, streamline operations, and lower their costs.
