Physio-Control Sale Closes
The acquisition of Redmond-based Physio-Control, the maker of automatic external defibrillators (AEDs), by private equity firm Bain Capital has completed, Physio-Control said today. The deal had been announced in November. The deal was worth around $487M. Physio-Control makes AEDs and other emergency equipment for treating sudden cardiac arrest.
