Opscode Finds Two Customers
Seattle-based Opscode, the developer of cloud infrastructure automation software, said today that it has signed two new customers. The firm said that LAN, the largest airline in Latin America, is using its Hosted Chef product to manage its data center operations, and MercadoLibre, an e-commerce/online auction firm in Latin America, is using its products for deploying infrastructure and applications. Financial details and impact of the two customer wins were not disclosed. Opscode is venture backed by Battery Ventures and Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
