OpConnect Connects EV Charging Systems To Social Media
Portland-based OpConnect, a developer of electric vehicle charging systems, said today that it has launched a new product which connects its chargers with social media service like Facebook. The firm said the new product--its "Wireless Valet" program--allows electric vehicle drivers to "Like" specific charging stations, check-in to sites using Facebook, and leave comments and share information on its EV charging stations. Pricing on the new product was not announced. OpConnect develops EV charging systems along with connects to billing and mobile phone apps.
