Looking to make it easier for its real estate agent users to manage their information on the site, Seattle-based Zillow said this morning it has launched a new, online portal called Agent Hub. Zillow said the new portal provides customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other access to information and analytics on the site. Among the information agents can access are all of their listings and reviews, Zillow's classes on marketing and social media, agent profile metrics, news, and more. Zillow also said the portal will give agents a way to better manage and organize contacts received from Zillow.
