Amazon Ships Kindle Touch 3G To International Customers Early
Seattle-based Amazon.com said Friday afternoon that it has started shipping its Kindle Touch 3G, the international version of its e-reader, seven days earlier than expected. The firm said it has started shipping to customers in 175 countries, ahead of its previously announced April 27th availability. Amazon did not say why it was able to start shipping earlier than expected. The Kindle Touch 3G offers up the same features and design as the Kindle Touch, with the available of 3G wireless delivery of books.
